As the local largest and sole haulage company of bauxite, Ofori –Pokuhaulage has been hauling Bauxite for Ghana Bauxite Company Limited (GBC) since 2010 when Rio Tinto Alcan  was operating the Awasomine.

Haulage constitute 75% of the Bauxite mining operation. Ofori – PokuHaulage’s role has to a large extent contributed to the current success of GBC.

We developed strong expertise in the mining of bauxite. After the takeover of GBC by Bosai Minerals Group of China. As such, we were contracted to undertake haulage and mining operations for GBC for a period of two years and six months. After which Bosai Minerals Group took over the mining operations and ceded off the haulage operations to Ofori –Poku Haulage from 2013 till date.

Aside the provision of haulage services for GBC, we provide haulage services for  Clinker, Limestone, and Gypsum from Takoradi to Buipefor Savanna Company Limited.
